Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of vintage and one-of-a-kind furniture, all sales are final and non-returnable.

All items are sold as-is, and customers are encouraged to carefully review product details, photos, and condition descriptions before purchase. For in-person purchases or warehouse pickups, customers have the opportunity to inspect the item prior to completing the transaction.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons including but not limited to change of mind, subjective expectations, or minor wear consistent with vintage condition.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your item at the time of pickup or upon delivery. If there is a clear issue such as significant damage not previously disclosed, please contact us within 24 hours at serendip2023la@gmail.com so we can review and assist.


Exceptions

Custom orders, special orders, and sale items are also final sale and non-refundable.


Refunds

Refunds will only be considered in cases where an issue is verified and approved by our team. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
