What is Serendip.'s return policy?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on vintage, handcrafted, or one-of-a-kind furniture, pottery, and home décor.

Many of our pieces are handmade, pre-owned, or decades old and may show signs of age and use, including surface wear, patina, discoloration, minor chips, hairline cracks, repairs, and natural material variations. These characteristics are part of each piece’s history and are not considered defects.

We do our best to describe every item accurately, provide detailed photographs, and disclose noticeable condition issues. Because individual expectations may vary, customers are responsible for reviewing all photographs, descriptions, and dimensions before purchasing. If we offer a piece for sale, it is because we believe its character, craftsmanship, and imperfections make it worthy of a thoughtfully designed space.
